Our Team

Mirsad Hot / CEO

Mirsad’s vision to create a way to connect future international student-athletes and collegial coaches became realistic when the Splash Hoops LLC team started taking shape. Mirsad has been involved with the game of basketball for the last twenty-five years. He started out as a young player in Serbia and transitioned to a career in coaching basketball in the United States. His focus has always been on skill development.

Through out the years, Mirsad worked as a skills development basketball coach as well as an assistant to the head coach at the Varsity, Junior Varsity and Freshmen levels. Working with the players on a daily basis to help improve their fundamentals and motivate them to reach their full potential. Mirsad was in the roll of Head Coach for the Jamal Mashburn summer basketball camp for two years. The position involved developing daily basketball programs for children ages 7 to 16.

Due to his involvement with international and US youth basketball development, Mirsad believes that there is a large number of international players with great potential who are left with no opportunities or a fair shot at competing for athletic scholarships. With our Eurostep talent combine we believe that we can provide a clear picture of the international potential. We believe this project can extend and help many future international student-athletes as well help many programs grow their recruitment internationally.
